I'm trying to spec up a mobo + cpu combo. Does Ryzen 5 have integrated graphics?

A quick google says it doesnt, but a lot of the motherboards have graphics connectors.

What's the deal here?

I was planning to get a Ryzen 5 AM4 CPU and matching mobo, but use the integrated graphics for music composition use on a 4K monitor.

Is that possible? Or should I just get an intel mobo with decent integrated graphics?

The deal is that the current Ryzen don't have integrated graphics.

The forthcoming Raven Ridge APUs will have
