I've been away for so long I have no idea what is good these days.
I just sold all my dj equipment because I have no room for it any more and I want to go down the Ableton route now. My Shuttle PC hasn't worked since I got back but it's an old 939 chipset etc so might want to sell those parts off as spares.
What I would like is a shiny new PC with a really decent spec for music production software and Ableton. I presume a fast cpu and a lot of memory would be the best options.
I have 2 x 120gb SATA2 Hard drives, 1 x DVD-RW and an ATi X1650 Pro 512mb PCI-E graphics card already
Not sure what the CPU is in here but there are 2 x 1gb Geil DDR400 memory modules too.
