iMac 2013 - Haswell Refresh Released

How would that GPU, and the standard one, fare with modern games? Is this a high end chip these days? It's been a long time since I played any game.

Those are some seriously beastly iMacs now :p

But seriously... The Retina Macbook Pros need an update pronto :p

I'm starting to wonder if we will see a design change of some sort with the new MacBooks as you would have thought they'd silent update them like the iMacs unless there was something announcement worthy on them... Or maybe I'm just clutching at straws here :p

I'm thinking they will announce the rMBP with the next gen iPads. I'm assuming it will just be a spec bump and price drop with the removal of the non retina mbps from the lineup. As they want to promote it as the flagship Mac it will get some stage time.

Yeah I hope so :)

Yaay! Looking to pick one up soon! 27" 3.5 i7 / 500GB Flash / 780 & 32GB RAM :).

Have they refreshed the MacBook air line? I'm looking to pick a 13" up as a replacement for my MacBook Pro, so I can have a bit more mobility.

They refreshed the airs in June/July.

Bah, was hoping for a Retina iMac to be unveiled... I guess that's off for another year.

You do know how much "4k" screens are right? I think there are currently only one or two out and they are both around £4k alone! The panels the 27" iMac uses can be had in monitors for anything from around £350 (rubbish ones) to around £600.

That'll be why they haven't released a "retina" iMac...;)
