iMac dust clearout

Just curious as to if anyone cleans their iMac out every once in a while since I would imagine this sucks in a fair amount of dust and if so what is you're method of doing this.

Compressed air?

Yes but be careful about giving the dust somewhere to go - you want to avoid just blowing it further into the computer.
