Im looking for a good Free antivirus firewall can any1 recommend anything.

There is a firewall built in, just turn it on. As for antivirus you could try ClamAv for Mac but unless you're looking for Windows malware it's not really worth it at the moment (in my opinion)

Sophos have a free Mac Antivirus.
