iMac i5 2.7Ghz memory upgrade to 16Gig

Waiting delievery of a 27" iMac Core i5 2.7Ghz
Looking to buy the best memory I can get hold of to get the best possible performance from this iMac.

What do you recommend and from where?

So far I have found Kingston 4x4Gig 1600Mhz
£145

Or can it only handle 1333Mhz stuff?

Whats the maximum FSB of the iMac logic board? Or whatever it is that defines maximum speed.
