Need some help IDing cables please. The Volex branded cables that come with iMacs... I have a load of old iMacs to fix and sell (to make space!) and MORE cables than iMacs. I want to pair correct cables with correct iMacs
I have 3 types (all UK obviously)
1) White "head" with round plug and small ridge inside the plug - power plug at 90degrees to round plug - I believe these are for OLDER white iMacs?
2) Grey "head" - as above but grey - I am guessing this is for my 21.5" 2011 BUT I have two 27" 2011s also
3) Grey "head" as above BUT with angle of entry of the connector - I am guessing these are for 2012 Thin iMacs onwards???
I also have 2 with rectangular plugs but I believe they are either for (long gone) PowerPC Towers and Mac Pro 1,1-5,1 machines ??
