imac uses x1600 mobility?

I'm just looking at maybe upgrading my system, I was thinking of getting one of the new intel imac's as then I could use osx and windows. They also look awesome

One thing I noticed tho is the benchmarks I've seen from people using imacs in windows on 3dmark2003 are around 6500 (same as mobility?) where as a x1600 on the pc seems to achieve 9000+?

I googled it and have seen a lot of sites saying the same. Looking at the core image it looks like it's true

wouldn't really be worth buying I guess as my current system with 6800le gets 10898 :confused:

But the imac looks so pretty

It plays all the latest games fine and handles all the built in effects without even breaking a sweat.

damn I better stop watching those amusing mac adverts

"hi I'm a mac" "and I'm a PC" etc

I might wait until next month, have been reading rumours about the new mac pro, altho it'll probably be loads of money
