I have decided on the mac i want,gonna order it this week or next. However is it worth waiting for the next series of updates? are they likely to be soon?

Macrumors Linky and look on Buyers Guide - they're usually "quite" on the ball..

I dont have any mac desktops, so cant really comment - but even though I bought my macbook a couple of weeks before the new spec came out I'm not really bothered!

Depends if you 'have' to have the latest hardware...!
