iMacs in stock?

I'm after an iMac, the £1099 one but can't seem to find anywhere why has them in stock.. My apple store has none, pc world/currys have none and the apple site has a 3-4 week wait?!

Is it me or are these just hard to get a hold of?

Currys/PC World in Kidderminster had one in stock last week, and the premium reseller in Worcester had two last week also, but yes - so hard to find.

It is something to do with the lamination process of the new displays which is causing delay, which in-turn is causing delay on the new Thunderbolt displays being produced/announced that I am desperately waiting for to accompany my new Mac Mini

I work for an APR and our stock is fairly limited but quite steady and we do get restocked fairly regular.
