Are the 20" models now quite outdated? Say you could pick one up very cheap would it be ok to last a few years? Thinking of ordering one instead of a windows laptop, it's cheaper than most laptops I was looking at too

I think it would depend upon what sort of applications you would be running. If it's just day to day browsing, a bit of word processing then they could last for years, but running intense music/graphics applications may be a struggle in years to come.

Only game I really play is Football Manager, after that it's web browsing and some music/videos. I'm gonna order it, for under £700 I can't say no. Thanks.

I just sold a 24" 2006 model iMac for £600 so you may want to look around.
