Image App

I need an application that I can run off my usb stick that I can use to resize my photos. Preferably have an option whether to reduce quality or reduce resolution.

I normally do this in photoshop but that's obviously not going to run off a stick.

I downloaded portableapps yesterday swinne, didnt realise GIMP was available on there so I think that will do nicely!
