Image copying problem

Hi, All

I work in a school ICT Support Depart & have just created a image on a machine which has bad sectors on its hard drive. I have tried creating a backup image to put on another machine but have failed due to the bad sectors on the hard drive. I have also tried to correct the bad sectors with a series of scan but have had no luck correcting them. I was wondering if any one knew a way I could backup the image as I needed to put this image on another 20 machines. I do not want create the image again as it is time consuming & I have a lot of work to do.

If the plan is to put what could potentially be a dodgy image onto 20 others then I'd stop and sort out the disk problems and then create a new image - after all you don't want problems replicated 20 fold do you?
