when i was with Virgin media i had two sites, on my index page all i had to do was find the image
and do this,

I'm now with 02 and have web space with these people, https://www.one.com/en_GB/ and my
pictures are here now, http://www.privateer17.co.uk/#home
i cant display any picture, i read here aswel, http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_IMG.asp

You need to read up on HTML tags (www.w3schools.com is good for beginners and even as a reference for experts). For images:

<img src="myImage.jpg"/>

i right clicked the picture and chose properties.

You need the url of the image itself, not just the web page. For example:
<img src="http://iloapp.privateer17.co.uk/data/_gallery/public/0/1226943263_resized.jpg" />
