Image from .PDF to Jpeg?

Hey guys

I have a poster that I have downloaded as a pdf file (only available download type), can anyone suggest a method of making this, or transfering it into, a jpeg or even a bitmap?

Thanks for the suggestions.. just found a free trial of ReaConvertor Pro..

Just need to go photoshop the 'unregisted version' box at the bottom of the converted image!
