image resizer for mac

looking for a program to resize photos on my macbook, have tried izoom but its so slow!
cant seem to find the option for it in iphoto, anyone know of any good apps?
bare in mind that atm i only have 512k ram so something not as memory intensive would be great. no need for batch resizing.

Chocoflop - Perhaps a bit heavy for your needs but it's free and fast!

File > Export in iPhoto will let you resize them...

exactly what i was after, thanks for that.

thanks for the other replies also, i will have a look at them.

edit* just tried chocoflop and i really like it, fast and easy to use.
