Image Resizing in millimeters

Hi

I have an image that i need to resize to 45x35mm. However all the programs I have only resize to screen sizes

I need this for this afternoon. How on earth do i resize an image in millimeters?

/edit - would photoshop do it, could someone resize this picture if i emailed it to them? I dont have photoshop.

it only resizes in %

Print size depends on DPI as well as image dimensions. Windows explorer will tell you the DPI resolution, you can then work out how many pixels you need.

printed image size (inches) = pixels/dpi
