image resizing

Does anyone know of a good batch image resizing program that works?

Ive downloaded a couple and neither work properly. All i want to be able to do is set a custom size to convert to then run it and they all save with the new size.

IrfanView is pretty good too, will do a host of other things for free

all i want is a small freeware resizer really. I didnt know irfan view can open images and resize them all at once. I dont need to open them, just resize. as i will not be wanting to open hundreds of images.

k. thanks mate. i just saw the try it now and thought it was only to try then u have to buy.
