Image (viewers or whatever) that works with wireless printers

I got myself a HP F4580 (connected via wireless) and discovered that they didn't include any image printing tools (like almost every printer manufacturer includes with their printers) and what I have currently installed doesn't cut it as GIMP just won't send to the printer (and I did check the settings) and even though corel snapfire plus does (it was included with my motherboard) it likes chopping parts off the picture so I'm looking for an alternative that will send to my printer and will resize images to fit the page without outputting a blocky image at the end of it (if the image is smaller then the page).

I am being offered windows live photo gallery through the HP software but I'd rather get some other opinions (and any opinions on what I'm being offered) before I dive in.

Isn't making sure your image is the correct aspect ratio etc your responsibility when printing images?

My Canon prints images just fine from the likes of Photoshop etc, assuming I have the correct dimensions. I have no Canon software installed :/

On my last printer (Epson) the included software always scaled the image to fit the page and even though corel snapfire (I'd actually never used it to print with) actually does this without any extra input it still chops pieces off the image (even if I set it to full page before I print it still chops part of the image off even though it chops off less of the image) and as I said even though GIMP does have sizing options in the printing menu it's of no use as it doesn't like sending to my wireless printer.

This is why I asked for opinions for software that would do the job of scaling the image to fit the page when printing (and would actually send this wirelessly) with little or no input or if the software I'm being offered would do the job.
