It may work well now but in a few weeks\months it maybe another story and may give a hint as to why its so cheap.

Never tried their stuff from Lidl so I could be completely wrong but when I see something so cheap I think "its cheap for a reason"

Judging by reviews, sounds no worse than the ones that Screwfix etc sell for either £31.75 or £85 tbh

3 year guarantee on it :)

Worst case then it was £11.99
 
That's decent. I got the Solo Stove Mesa XL as a free gift with a pizza oven and think it's great but i'd never have paid full price for it.

I would love to have one to play with, my biggest question is how big a fire before the smokeless mechanism kicks in when the stove is that big. Should a small fire generate enough heat to get cold air to the vent at the top. Well jealous of you solo to get it free with a pizza oven then it must be quite a big purchase

It was around Black Friday 2023 so they seem to prefer to bundle stuff in rather than reduce prices. So i got the Prime pizza oven which was full price but included various accessories and the mesa.

Solostove do some really nice stuff but i can't get over their pricing a lot of the time. They've just released this pellet fueled patio heater but at €800 i'll never be buying it as much as i'd like to!

They are not selling the stove, they are selling the lifestyle lol

This makes me want to learn welding and fabrication. I would love a functioning stove like that but with mythical steel welding using recycled and upcycled metals.

Thanks. Do you need an account to get these prices? I often get ads for things at a couple quid but when I look at the website it'll say closer to £100.
 
99% of the stuff they sell are junk so don't expect anything but low quality stuff which reflected in the price. All the deals and gifts, credit back, vouchers are all scams, a bit like fruit machine where the result is already set before you press any buttons. What is real is that you do get really cheap products if you wait and know what the product really worth. If you don't have time to play and research then stay well away from them. You will need to have an account and have the app for the best prices, I am sure they harvest your details and sell on just like any retailer with club/loyalty cards.


Prices shown is SUPER inflated at first, no one pays full price but they are just crazy
I always refund at least one item in my order and usually get money back or keep it for free
Never buy the item straight away, leave it in the cart and they will try and get you back saying price reduction
credit back is not real money, just another way to get return customer
Free gifts are never free, you have to buy something to get them

Seems "Made in the USA" isn't what it once used to be :/ my old headphone cable from Arctic has a janky right channel now so bought a newer version of Tripowin off Amazon:

The new versions have smaller headphone ends so no longer snag on your shoulder if used with big headphones like these :cool:
