Images & Watermark / Roundels

Ive got an issue at work where we need to watermark a number of images with different graphic options. Its normally grab a 100 jpegs and apply a watermark (for a better word) graphic in the corner.

I can use Photoshop but my coworkers don't all have a PS license.

Does anyone know an online option or a free program I can use that can do this?
(some links maybe blocked so the more I can try the better)

You could try Water Mark Image - Formerly Batch Watermark seems pretty good, has a few customisation options and doesn't seem to lose much image quality, although I haven't tried it using an image as a watermark, just text.
