Imaging software

Hi All,

We have here 6 machines running XP (poss vista in future) that we use for training and we are looking for a free imaging solution, machines are hardly used so cost wise rules out ghost etc, we have a file server to store the imagines, all machines are different specs.

Any suggestions would be great.

Well the imaging software wont help if you have diffent mobo's as the wrong drivers will be in the image ?

Opps sorry its to install the the machines then take a seperate image of each one, to roll back after they have been trashed.

Avoids reinstalling the lot each time.

driveimage xml seems to be a popular freeware one.. personally i use acronis true image, it's not free, but pretty cheap for how useful it is..

Run it at work, its slow to upload the images, but download is fast
