IMAP Server

Can someone help me, or guide me in the process and steps in building an IMAP server?

I would like to be able to access all my emails on different Outlook clients - What software do i need? do i have to set up the clients so/reconfigure?

I set-up hMailServer at work. Great software and hasn't failed us yet (we don't need exchange)

It also integrates nicely with Roundcube. Use the MVISION v2 theme and it looks like Outlook too
