iMate broken :(

No luck with electronics tonight, my iMate is not working anymore. I try making calls, and even though they connect, I can't hear the other end and other end can't hear me. Same when I call from another phone, call connects but no communication.

Also, GPRS and Wireless seem equally dead. Text Messages aren't sending either. The bars showing network strength are fixed, they don't change (my room should be 2bars, but its stuck at 4).

Any ideas on what to do I thought of using the Reset button, but then I would lose everything, wouldn't I?

is an iMate apple? if it isn't it probably just got sued....

My o2 XDA Exec did this too, but texts/emails/gprs still worked okay. Tried soft resets, hard resets, and it didn't cure it. I chucked it and bought a new phone.
