I have 64gb of 8 pack DDR4 3600 memory and used to be able to run it 4000 with very tight timings, gradually over time I have had to drop the speed to 3800 then 3600 using the same timings. My 10980XE is getting a bit long in the tooth, and I am wondering which is the more likely culprit, IMC or the RAM?

Rather than start a new thread, thought I would give this one a bit of a jolt.
Updated my BIOS a while back and finally got to overclocking and testing stability on the CPU, out of curiosity I played a little with memory speeds a week or so ago. Bumped up the speed to 3800mHz and with my current settings it is totally stable, with the old BIOS and voltages it would randomly crash or not boot at all. When I feel the urge, will play around with timings and see if I can get 4000mHz again.
