iMessage, iOS7 and Three

Hi all, I'm on the One Plan with Three using a 4S on iOS7. Every time I now try and send a picture message, it defaults to MMS rather than iMessage (the send button goes green). Text messages don't seem to have this problem.

Anyone else experiencing this? It's really annoying since MMS picture messages aren't included in the One Plan allowance. I'll easily rack up an extra £5 per month with the amount of picture messages I send.

If the person your sending the message to has his/her data switched off or just not in at least an edge enabled area or even has iMessage switched off your messages will revert to SMS/MMS regardless so it could very well be not your issue at all.

Also, it only happened between devices also on Three and I guarantee some of them had a data connection as I tested it with my Wife's phone who was also on our home WiFi. I wonder if Three are interfering with this in order to ramp up their One Plan bills?

Works fine here, from my experience it performs the check as soon as the message is received at three's servers - if at this point the recipient hasnt enough speed to receive the message as imessage then it will send as an mms.
