I'm about to see ChrisBrid absoultely fly by me any moment now:(
He only appeared on the radar at the very last couple of days of October but is showing about 120k ppd!

Who? What? How?

Own up, who are you and what are you running?:D

Paddle faster!!

He'll be flying past me in 3 weeks at my current rate.

AHameed is another quiet one who's upped their game, he just stomped me, but revenge will be mine! :D

Impending redundancy for me so no new kit for a while :(
All I can do is keep consistent and maybe try tu tune what I already have.

I just want to know what he's running!

I'd say two or three i7's and a couple of graphics cards, as it looked like he dumped a couple of bigadv yesterday with a smattering of smaller WU's

Nice dumpage today mate :)

Sounds like your not allowed to say what your running on, fair play to ya if that's so, just be careful and make sure all relevant permissions are in place. Many of us have been tempted and stung borging in the past.

But we've also had some major big hitters with massive "approved" borg farms in the past which have helped push this team to the peaks of the leaderboard on various projects. Be so good to have some of that :D

Blimey Chris, every time i check the stanford site it reports that you've got more clients, 115 at the last check!!

Are you slowly borging the world?! Resistance is futile! :)

Testing is over for now, but I'll probably leave ~4 nodes doing bigadv for another week to give the team a couple more points.

This is what's left:
Code:
QUEUE_NAME PRIO STATUS MAX JL/U JL/P JL/H NJOBS PEND RUN SUSP
AdminTestCB1 1 Open:Active - - - - 56 0 56 0

Can't give too many details about the HW unfortunately, but no gpus or fpgas were involved at this stage, it's all pretty standard stuff atm :(

Phase 2 and 3 of the project should be a bit more interesting.... :)

Ah.. "burning in" or "stress testing" eh?

I used to do that in the old, old, old, old... days. (Picture 3 x 42U racks of 1U Opterons running Seti)

Great to test the thermal limits of your setup or environment and any weaknesses in the hardware build ;)

Alas those days are in the past, now they don't let me touch the big iron, so I have to make my own :(
