IMON Works in ubuntu 9.10!!!

At last.... no more messing about to try and get it to work for me... got the remote kinda working (just the mouse part gotta program the other buttons)
and got the LCD screen working !!

Now a question, what can i do with it, had a quick google but could find much, looking for an output to the LCD screen (the big one not the little 16 line one)

any point me in the right direction >?

display system info like cpu usage.
take the info and pipe it to the screen

i'm afraid that i'm not that good, I have messed about with the lcd.conf thing and got it to display hello at startup and good bye at powerdown, or shut the screen down....

but thats about my limit so far... if u can point me in the right direction then i could stumble towards getting this working :lol:
