Import duties from hongkong?

Anyone have any idea on electrical goods (touch screen monitor)the import duty on items from HK. item and postage is around £100

It's a new country, just south of Hong Kong

On a few larger things i've bought from Hong Kong (Might be near Homg Kong, not sure) i've eiter been charged no import duty at all, or £20.

Seems its down to how the customs folks are feeling that day

i never had to pay any sort of duties when i ordered stuff from hong kong, the shop which i used to get stuff from is closed down now so i can give its name, it was called Lik-Sang, and i got stuff like ps2 pads to pc usb adapters from there etc.
just paid the standard delivery charge and no other costs were incurred.

they make it up as they go along but expect in the region of £30
