Import/Export bookmarks from Safari

As per title -

how can I export my bookmarks form Safari, format and install Leopard, and import my pervious bookmarks into Safari and have them appear as they were before?

Home > Library > Caches > Metadata > Safari > Bookmarks.

Just copy that folder.
