Hi guys

My wife bought a dress for a fancy dress party we were throwing, she ordered the dress from Australia as no Eruopean company offered what she wanted.

Anyway to cut a long story short. 14 weeks later it never arrived paypal dispute logged, refund given.

Now 4 weeks after the party, royal mail put a card through our letter box saying £10 duty/VAT is due and £8 admin fee too, until its paid they wont deliver.

Anyway we don't need the dress anymore. It was a one off thing.

If we don't contact them and pay etc, what will happen to the dress?
Will it be returned to sender? Even though that is Austrialia?

It should get returned to sender, if the sender then rejects it it goes into limbo and suffers an eternity of doubt and confusion. Poor dress, heartless people.
