Import Tuner Challenge- wanderer question

Been going through my games thinking about what I must complete and get sold and I turned back to Import Tuner Challenge.

I had done all but one of the Wanderes and was only keeping it to do the final one and therefore be able to race the final boss- "???"

Problem is I can't seem to find the last wanderer-

#357 Appears on the C1 @ Midnight

Does that mean Midnight real time or select midnight from the list of Night, Midnight or Dawn?

I tried tricking my 360 into thinking it was midnight by fiddling with the time zones in the setup but that didn't seem to work

Do I need to be lapping the C1 as the clock hits 12:00 real time?

# 357 is triggered by talking to a guy in the information part of the menu in the second C1 PA (i think its Kyobi PA but not sure its the right name) and it starts with " do you believe in ghosts?"
