Important IT interview

I've got a very important interview tomorrow and I'm SO nervous about it its unreal! I already work for the company and have done for the last 6 years and even though I've worked closely with the interviewers it doesnt ease the worry.
Can anyone give me any last minute tips? example questions to ask at the end? I've already got a couple from Huddy's thread

Join the club i had interview the other week and was nervous got another interview for a big job this thursday so i know how you feel.
