Importing fsmail

Hi

My Mother, Step Dad, Sister and her boyfriend all have ipads and smartphones they would like to access their (very old) fsmail.net addresses on.
I've gone as far as telling them they need something more modern but they see that as a hassle unless I can forward there emails across.
The problem I've got is I can't seem to find any way of importing their emails to gmail, the only way they can seem to read thier email is through the web portal, theirs not even a way to set a rule up to forward them across!
Has anyone got any idea how I can go about this, I work in IT and spend half my life fiddling with Exchange, Office 365, iPads etc and not once have I hit something like this so I'm thinking I've just missed something.

Many Thanks

What KIA is saying is that EE who now run that email service have deliberate crippled it so that you cannot access it with anything other than their Web interface. There is no POP3 or IMAP access so you cannot get Gmail to pick up the mail like you could from most services. Presumably they have done this to make it unattractive to stay on a free service that they've inherited an undesirable obligation to maintain. The only thing you could do is ask them whether they would be willing to export it for you if you agree to close the account. The answer will probably be no but they might want to offload you badly enough.

Hum worth a try. It's annoying as I couldn't even set up a rule on the web portal to forward the emails. The stupid thing is if we could move her email across over time she'd use that one and move everything over. By not allowing us to import the mail they are forcing her not to move.
