I have a DFI NF4 Ultra D with a damaged heatsink clip (you know who you are! ;)) (the yellow plastic socket surround) so I e-mailed DFI using their web form.

I received a reply the same day and a few days later I receive the complete assembly!

Awesome!

Very impressed.
 
always good to hear of the good stories rather than the horror stories that people usually post when it comes to support/RMA
