Improve my spec £700

Rig for a mate Strict £700 budget, needs everything.

He wants to watch movies, play Black Ops and do some video editing.

Here's what i came up with.

He wants a bit of "bling" hence the ocuk case, i'm not going to use the psu, will most likely keep it for my own purposes.

By a little bit. i3 is dual core. Also, don't forget you can oc the Athlon too
