what your current cpu core voltage is, idle and load temps would help. Also your current 3.29Ghz clock was that done via bios or did you use a program?

What are you looking for help with? 3.3 on the quad is pretty good. you could maybe squeeze a bit more out but cant say unless you know your voltages and temps at the moment.
