Improve this builds spec

I'm looking to build a cheap home server and was wondering if anyone could improve this build. I was originally going to go for an AMD APU but after a bit of thought I think that perhaps an Intel i3 would be a better option.

I'm a bit concerned about the power supply though. Is the one shown below sufficient? The computer will be turned on all the time so I need a power supply that can cope with that kind of usage.

Edit: Does anyone know when the next generation of Intel i3 processors is due to be released? If it is soon I might wait until then.

You could get cheaper RAM.

The PSU is alright, it won't really be under any load in that system, so theres no need to worry.

Why do you need 4TB of Storage.

If thats your use for it wouldn't you need better of getting a NAS?

Not really. There are several tasks I'll be using the server for. Backup is just a small portion of that.
