I'm honestly not sure what to improve or if i'm even using the correct approach for seeking a part-time job in the hospitality trade, e.g bar work / waiting-on.

CV is here.

I tried to make it as appealing yet simple to digest as possible.

Any recommendations?

before i've even seen it - make it a pdf

it's also far too long
2 pages max, better even if it's down to 1. use a smaller font, use columns, whatever
references are unnecessary, they will be asked for if required

you worked at bars, restaurant, same **** really, don't need to say what you did. it's pretty clear what you do if you work at a bar
skills gained - who cares, i mean what can you really learn working at a bar or restaurant?

i wouldn't bother with a profile either, stick what you need in a covering letter

you only need 1 contact number and address.
again, make these smaller and neater the cv is too spread out

Not doing a covering letter so I have to include a profile.

I'm applying for a job in a bar / restaurant, so aside from just stating that I have experience. Surely I should include what areas i've gained experience in?
