Improving cooling system

Hi.

I'm looking to improve my cooling fan, because it's really loud, but im not that "techy" so im asking for assistance to help me choose the most quite one from overclokers web please.

A fan at the back and a bigger third party cpu cooler. At the very least add a rear exhaust fan.

Make sure the cooler is clean. No dust or lint between fan and cooler fins.
Add an exhaust fan.
The cooler fan might be quieter if you turn it over so it is drawing air out of cooler rather than pushing air into it.

As for changing coolers, it depends on what case you have as what will fit. Something like the Raijintek Themis for £19.99 would be a good low priced option .. and at 157mm tall would probably fit.
