Improving temps - will one extra case fan help?

Hi all, recently upgraded to a new PC for the first time in a few years. Have opted for a mostly quieter build, be quiet case with 2 Silent Wings case fans as stock. I have a decent AIO CPU cooler and a Suprim X GPU which should have good temperature management. I'm finding the temps while gaming for both getting relatively high, although safe, and am wondering if an extra front intake fan would make much of a difference?

Specs - CPU 5900x, GPU 3080 Suprim X
Currently reaching 84 and 80 celsius respectively

I understand these are workable temps although they do seem a tad high to me, while I have traded temp performance for lower noise just looking to see if extra fans will bring down the temps under load to a more comfortable point.

Cheers

Adding an extra front fan would help especially if it's positioned so it's directing air towards and under the GPU. You could also bring the temps down on the GPU by undervolting which should also bring down CPU temps as there would be less hot air in the case, I can reduce my 3080 temps by 10c while only losing 4~5 fps.
