In ear headphones

Could anyone recommend some decent in ear headphones. I am not wanting to spend more than £30 on them. Will use them on phone and PC. A Mic would be good, audio control would also be a bonus.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I am leaning more toward the SoundMagic E10C i am just trying to find out what kind of warranty they have with them as every pair i seem to get never last more than a few months before they start to crackle.

The Tennmark Pro i might get a pair of these hmmmmm decisions, decisions.

I came across these Brainwavz Delta, does anyone know anything about them, r they any good ?
