The download performance was good, my main qualm was that they constantly ****** up his microphone for the first 3/4 songs

Saw them at Download 2008 - Sound problems spoilt it.

I think the In Flames man used to have nice dreads.

edit: no, I'm thinking of Shadows Fall. In Flames man has silly dreads.

Gojira are good but In Flames are leagues above them, so many quality albums and are great fun live. Blew away Slayer at the Unholy Alliance tour imo.

They're not the same genre, so, can't really compare them to be fair. In terms of quality, they're easily on par.

Gojira at Download in 2006 were stunning, In Flames were good, but the main stage didn't do much for them.
