In game cpu monitor.?

Im using MSI afterburner to display GPU load in game but what do people use to monitor CPU load in games.?

Cool thanks, im not worried its just that my GPU rarely goes over 68% load when gaming so i was wondering if my CPU was holding it back.
Or maybe its the game ??

ahh now thinking about this a bit more i can run resource monitor from my laptop and do a remote connection .. nice

Well for one, GRID @ 1920x1080 maxed out.

Not sure about frames maybe 60+ i'd have to load up fraps and see..

Ahh my bad.. i had V-Synch enabled.
Disabled v-synch and my gpu load went straight up to 99%

In game with v-synch off 80+ average with the occasional dip to mid 70's when things started heating up.
I can get some proper results if you like.?
