in middle of i7 overclock need some advice!

Hi,

Im currently on 4.5GHz on my i7 with a p67a mobo and noctua nh-d14 cooler.

My vcore is 1.3v

this is my first oc so have been using this oc guide below

with my current settings Im getting stable results with prime95, temps on cores under full load are at most 62C

Im reading some people saying change offset for lower temps! what is that exactly?
Is 1.3V ok for 4.5GHz ?
 
Your settings are fine if your happy with your Overclock and your stable leave as is and use your system.
