In need of a bit of help (takeaways)

Hi all,

I have spent the week in Nottingham's Queens Medical Centre because my little girl has had an operation.

Now I'm sick of sandwiches and pot noodles for my tea so can anyone recommend a takeaway for me to grab that is within walking distance? Can you also include which road its on as I don't know the area at all.

Turn right out of the QMC. Walk a short distance an on the right hand side is a row of takeaways. Iirc curry, kebab and subway. Maybe a chicken place. However, I graduated from notts 3years ago and there's a chance (little) it may have changed.

To clarify, walk straight out of the main entrance to the main road and walk right.
 
Ask those nurses!! Some seriously hot nurses about last time I visited a hospital.


I mean hot hot hot, a bit like a takeaway, hot but minus the food.

Walk out the main doors and head towards the main road.

Turn right (big roundabout should be behind you).

50m down the road is a pub, opposite that is a pizza takeaway, just before it is a Subway.

used to eat there when i was a student :)

There's a fish and chip shop there too, so plenty of options.

The pizza place is called Amigos.

I'll have a large Chicken Tikka kebab, salad and garlic mayo.

Hope your daughter recovers quickly - saying that you'll probably need hospital treatment after an Amigos Kebab

Thanks for the directions they were spot on.

P.s. there's no tasty nurses on this ward guys, its the dietitians you should look out for :p
