My trusty electric cooker has just packed in after 22 years of active service and now in the market to replace it. So... I've been browsing the usual online retailers looking for a decent deal and I'm not sure what to replace it with yet, if I was shopping for PC components I'd know what to look for... any recommendations I'm a tad overwhelmed to what is available out there?

How much you looking to spend, Neff is good, but can be quite pricey.
Induction all then way for the hob, not sure if you can get any different now?
You interested in oven temp probes, 1million different oven cooking modes, or just the real basics?

Around £500? I'm really out of date when it comes to modes etc. All I know right now is turn on, put oven on 200 or hob on 5/6 and then off! :D
