In need of realistic Q9300 and 4870 or there abouts benchmarks.

Most benchmarks are done with 3D mark 06 or vantage, and a suped up super duper overclocked 7.8ghz CPU running on ice. These benches are completely useless to me personally.

Does anyone have any benches from something like a Q6600-Q9300 (my cpu) and a 4870 from realistic games such as Bioshock, HL2 or Crysis and so on.

A 8800GTX running on a CPU similar to mine gets roughly 11k in 3dmark 06. What can I expect from a 4870...

Almost exactly the same question i was going to ask, it would be nice to see some benches at stock speeds.
