In need of upgrades - £350

Im interested in upgrading my comp, since ive never upgraded it in the duration ive had it. Only really play games on it/watch movies. Dont do any editing of any sort.

This is the mobo i have, scroll down slightly for its specs.

I know its not an amazing board especially for overclocking, but i doubt ill be able to fit a new mobo into my price.

Currently i have a core 2 duo e6750 cpu, i dont really want to upgrade this (yet, think theres more important things first)

Im planning on grabbing windows 7 64bit to install.

Heres the things i do really want.
CPU Cooler, i managed to get 2.9ghz but temps were fairly high so i put it back down to 2.6, but i think with a good cooler i can push it to 3ghz+

GPU Card, this is the bit i really need to upgrade. I dont even want to say what i have since im ashamed of it its nvidia but thats all im saying :p i would like something that will fit nicely into that mobo, but will run new games fairly well.

RAM, i would like to grab hold of 4gb of ram if possible.

PSU, i would most likely need a new PSU to power all this, the one i have currently is a measly 250w.

Case, this is the case i currently have

I would like to avoid it, to save cash, but with these new items i think ill need a new case with some good airflow. Needs to be able to fit the motherboard i have. If the case i have is good enough id like to spend the spare money on a new mobo

I have a 20 inch monitor which i doubt ill be upgrading for some time running it at 1650x1050 resolution. From what ive read i dont need a top end graphics card.

I can only spare a maximum of £350 to spend on the above upgrades.

Thanks for your time and help

Ive had a go myself and come up with the following, including a new mobo

I personally would change that cooler also, I currently have the Freezer 7 Pro, and it is sooooo noisy. I do have a TRUE ready to fit, but since its deadline week at uni I have told myself I can't fit it until I have finished my work :P
But from what I have read, it is SO much better

Ive decided to stick with the case i have and just buy a karma bay since i have 3 bays free.

This is what ive looked at. Is the graphics card fine for my monitor? or could i possibly downgrade a bit

The graphics card you have will always be fine for your monitor, it'll either be VGA or DVI, or both, and if you only have one, you can get an adapter, simple!

And that graphics card isn't too bad, I'd go for it
