'In our Warehouse que'

So the guy on the phone told me today that my order would be dispatched and delivered tomorrow but the status on the website is still "In our Warehouse queue"

Surely if it would be coming from Staffs to Scotland it would have already have been dispatched?

Sorry to sound impatient just mega eager haha! Can anyone tell me anything?

On another note, this will be my first build and can anyone point me towards any tips to putting it all together?

If its stuck on that status it usually means a product you have ordered is not in stock and is holding up the rest of the order from being dispatched.

Best bet would be to give them a buzz but I doubt they'll answer now earliest would be tomorrow :/

you ordered the z9, and as i stated in the previous thread, its out of stock.

Your build will not go further unless stock is in. Either ring to change case or wait for stock. YouTube generally does the trick. I used the 'NewBoston' which was helpful other you tube videos are also helpful and you have us here of you need anything.

Sorry, yeah I phoned the first time and the Z9 was out of stock as I forgot to change it but I changed it on the phone and then he said all was good to go and then the status changed on it twice since then and I phoned again about 1630 as it still hadn't changed to dispatched etc and he said it would def be dispatched for delivery tomorrow.

I take it if I do that, it won't be dealt with until tomorrow?

I remember an order of mine switching back and forth between 'in our warehouse queue' and 'printed in our warehouse', even while dpd had emailed me to say it was on the way, lol.

Does anyone know if the warehouse is open till late...

I got my order in before 4pm and it says in warehouse que, I hope they are still there and not gone home or they will be getting a £3000 credit not over to me.
